How to apply

  • Find your course and apply

Complete the enquire form and one of our consultants will get in touch with you. Join a diverse community of students from all over the globe.

  • Receive acceptance letter

If entry requirements are met and all documents are submitted, you will get an acceptance letter. Admissions will send you a confirmation letter for your course and a request for a deposit. Pay the deposit for the programme you selected to make sure your place is secured.

  • Contact embassy

If you require a visa, contact the German embassy or consulate in your home country to find out about the visa process. Have your documents prepared as the embassy asks. This will depend on your home country. You will be called for an interview at the embassy to give some background about who you are.

  • Search for accommodation

Once you have received your visa and booked a flight, you can then begin your accommodation process.

  • Fly to Germany!

You are now all set and ready to begin your journey and course with Gisma.

My fondest memory of Gisma was how open and friendly the environment was, I felt at home and in a friendly place where people were curious about me and I could be curious about them. I was in a very positive and vibrant place the whole time here.
